Shipping policy
Neférte offers free shipping for orders above $50 in the US and Canada. We believe that there shouldn't be any surprises on the checkout page, so all handling costs are included in the product's price (except tax).
International orders can take up more than 3 weeks depending on the country due to the international customs clearance process. All orders can be tracked via the tracking link sent by email upon shipment. Questions regarding orders already shipped/redelivery/insufficient address/etc should be directed to USPS customer service. Questions regarding processing times should be directed to info@neferte.com.
If you have provided an incorrect address at checkout or would like to change the shipping address of your order, you must email us as soon as possible for us to change the shipping label prior to shipment. If your order has already been shipped and you need to change your address, please contact USPS directly or visit the "schedule redelivery" link on the USPS website.
If you have entered an incorrect address at checkout and it was delivered to that incorrect address, we are not liable for the mistake and no refund will be issued or re-shipment of the order.
Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded if the order is marked as "in transit" by the courier company.
Once you place your order, we do our best to ship it the next business day. Allow at least 2-3 business days for us to ship your order. You should receive your product within 3-5 business days after shipment if you live in the USA.
Neferte does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
Customs charges may apply if you live in the UK, Canada, or an international country that requires custom clearance. All customs charges are the responsibility of the customer, and may be paid upon receiving the package. These charges are for citizens who import a product from a country outside the United States, and are a form of taxes.
